Thank you for showing the light at the end of tunnel  :lol: 
I can atleast now say that what I am trying(yes still trying to get out of that setup mentality from last 3 years) is right path!

I used to thought that the sad entusiasm case of .NET developer is only with Indian developers,but seems that its global impact.Nowadays,Microsoft is trying to curb this(offcourse,not whole heartely) but atleast they had opened up port 25.
