I detached the SharePoint and MSProjects2007 databases through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, moved the databases files to a different directory, attached them to the same server\instance and neither SharePoint nor MSProjects2007 are working anymore.
The event log says:
SQL Database 'WSS_Content' on SQL Server instance 'server\instance' not found. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below.

Cannot open database "WSS_Content" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'AD\project2007admin'.
(AD\project2007admin exists and it's working good. I can access the databases tables logged in with it through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio)

ANY CLUE?

The "STSAdm -o backup -url " command only backup/restore for top-level site.

Is there a way to backup/restore a low level site?

Thanks

This worked perfectly. I was scratching my head trying to find a nice easy way to overwrite a new sharepoint installation with my old flaky server. Thank you so much!
