You can find out by disabling all the other plugins on your blog and switching to the default theme. If that fixes the problem, switch your theme back and re-enable the other plugins one at a time until the problem reasserts itself. That should tell you where the conflict is. I have more than 1400 posts, so it was generating tons of spam. I used your plugin to cut off comments after 120 days.
