Actually for rails we not need much powerful IDE, because it is already as simple as it can be handled using simple IDE like komodo edit. but if you are comparing it with visual studio then netbeans would be the good example for you.</description>

It lacks some developing support but it's okay for now maybe some project for official developing IDE will be great

i've tested Arancho Ruby,Komodo 3.1,Mondrian Ruby IDE,SciTE Editor,RDE but none of them is cool like the new Visual Studio or event the C# free code editor. I like .net also a good tool when you need fast desktop application !</description>
